2024 NFL Schedule: Ravens Visit Chiefs in Season Opener
SAO PAULO, Brazil - The 2024 NFL schedule has been released, and it features some intriguing matchups right from the start. The season will kick off on Sept. 5 when the Baltimore Ravens visit the Super Bowl-champion Kansas City Chiefs.
The next night in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the Green Bay Packers will play the Philadelphia Eagles in the league's first-ever game in South America. The NFL has been expanding its international presence in recent years, and this game is a sign of that continued growth.
There are also three games in London, including two featuring the local-favorite Jacksonville Jaguars, and one in Munich. The NFL has been playing games in London since 2007, and the league has been exploring the possibility of adding a team in the United Kingdom.
And the NFL will play a Wednesday doubleheader on Christmas. The Detroit Lions will host the Carolina Panthers, and the Baltimore Ravens will travel to Houston to face the Texans. This is the first time the NFL has played games on Christmas since 2017.
