On June 6, 18-year-old Avery was taken into custody by police after allegedly being involved in a break-in at World Night Club in Charlotte. According to an incident report obtained by Fox News Digital, the incident occurred at 11:30 p.m.

The report alleges that Avery entered the club with two 17-year-old boys and broke in through a back door. They then hid behind the bar and drank six bottles of liquor worth $500, according to the club owner.

Avery was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 22. Angie Harmon has not yet commented on her daughter's arrest.

Harmon and her ex-husband, NFL star Jason Sehorn, have three daughters: Finley, 20; Avery, 18; and Emery, 15.

Just two months before Avery's arrest, Harmon made headlines after accusing an Instacart driver of shooting and killing her dog in March. The actress filed a lawsuit against the driver and Instacart, alleging negligence and intentional infliction of harm.

Regarding the Instacart incident, Harmon stated that the delivery driver claimed "self-defense" and was let go by police. However, she disputed this claim, saying that the driver "did not have a scratch or bite on him nor were his pants torn."

Harmon also shared that the delivery confirmation featured a photo of a woman, suggesting that the driver was shopping under a false identity.

The incident has left Harmon and her family "completely traumatized," she said. "It's so unfathomable to think that there is somebody in your front driveway that just fired a gun."
