This month's Apple Arcade update is smaller than usual, but it packs a punch with three major titles, including the BAFTA-winning Vampire Survivors+ and a new spatial version of Castle Crumble for the Apple Vision Pro.
Apple Arcade's monthly update is here, and while it's a bit smaller than usual, it's still packed with some heavy hitters. Here's a closer look at the three new major titles coming to the service on August 1st:
The highly anticipated Vampire Survivors+ is finally coming to Apple Arcade. This bullet heaven game was an instant hit when it launched on PC last year, and it's easy to see why. It's a simple game to play, but it's incredibly addictive and challenging.
Apple Arcade's August Update: Three Major Titles Hit the Service
In Vampire Survivors+, you play as a vampire hunter who must fight off waves of enemies. The game features a variety of weapons and power-ups to help you survive, and you'll need to use them all to defeat the increasingly powerful enemies.
Temple Run: Legends is a new take on the classic endless runner game. This time, you'll play as one of several different characters, each with their own unique abilities. You'll also progress through a story mode with over 500 levels.
Temple Run: Legends features the same fast-paced gameplay as the original game, but it adds a lot of new features to keep things fresh. If you're a fan of endless runners, then you'll definitely want to check out Temple Run: Legends.
Castle Crumble is a physics-based puzzle game where you must destroy castles. The game features a variety of different levels, each with its own unique challenges. You'll need to use your brain and your skills to figure out how to destroy each castle.
Castle Crumble is a lot of fun, and it's perfect for a quick gaming session. It's also a great game for kids, as it helps to develop their problem-solving skills.
While it's not the largest number of titles, we'd find it hard to deny this is an especially beefy update for Apple Arcade. We've got a BAFTA-winning bullet heaven game, a new twist on an iconic endless runner, and more apps for the Vision Pro is always good news.
