According to IBEX, a company that provides aeronautical services such as mountain rescue, heli-skiing, heli-fishing, and tourism, and which was in charge of the aircraft removal, the rescue operation was complex and required the use of specialized equipment.
"The aircraft was located at an altitude of 2,300 meters (7,546 feet) on a frozen lagoon, surrounded by steep mountains," said IBEX in a statement. "The rescue operation was carried out by a team of eight specialized personnel, including two pilots, two mechanics, and four mountain rescuers."

The rescue team used a helicopter to transport the necessary equipment to the site, including a winch, ropes, and tools. The helicopter also provided aerial support during the operation, ensuring the safety of the rescue team and the aircraft.
The rescue operation began at 8:00 am and was completed at 6:00 pm. The aircraft was successfully removed from the frozen lagoon and transported to a nearby airport.
The operator of the aircraft, who was the only person on board, was uninjured and did not require medical attention.
The rescue operation was a success thanks to the professionalism and expertise of the rescue team. The team's quick and efficient response ensured the safety of the aircraft operator and the successful recovery of the aircraft.
