Despite the setback, Gunn remained positive, acknowledging that her competitors excelled in power moves, while she focused on creativity. In an interview with ESPN, she emphasized the importance of originality in breakdancing and defended her artistic choices.

She expressed her gratitude to her supporters, recognizing that while her performance may not have won her any points, it resonated with those who value creativity and artistry in breakdancing.
