With less than two months until the 2024 presidential election, former President Trump and Vice President Harris are making their final pitches to voters. However, Vice President Harris' record in the Biden administration leaves some voters skeptical of how she would handle the presidency.
During a panel discussion on "Fox & Friends First," a panel of voters from battleground states voiced their concerns about Harris' suitability for the office.

"We can't afford Kamala to be in office. This Democratic diet that we were all just put on the last three years is not sustainable," said Nevada voter Lydia Dominguez.
Georgia voter Jon German echoed these sentiments, expressing weariness of Harris' economic promises. "We're all tired of not having any money in our pocket. And quite frankly, I think we're all tired of being just flat-out lied to," he said. German attributed the economic struggles faced by Americans to the Biden administration's policies.

Other voters highlighted Harris' record as a prosecutor in California, expressing skepticism about her ability to address crime effectively. "I'm kind of skeptical because I think most voters are misinformed. That's why they make bad decisions and put bad people in office," said former NYPD officer Harold De Lancey.
De Lancey pointed to the rising crime rates over the past three years as evidence of the challenges facing law enforcement.

Despite concerns over crime, a recent Fox News poll revealed that only 2% of voters surveyed identified it as their primary factor in deciding who to support in the presidential election. The economy remains the top issue, with 40% of voters highlighting its significance.
According to the poll, over half of voters in the battleground Sun Belt states - Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina - trust Trump more than Harris to manage the economy. This sentiment was echoed by Dominguez, who stated that "Trump policies worked. We all had a better economy under Trump."
The debate between Trump and Harris has centered on economic recovery, crime prevention, and foreign policy. Harris has outlined her "opportunity economy" in contrast to what she describes as the Trump-era "punishment economy." Trump, on the other hand, has focused on tax cuts, deregulation, and America First policies.
As the election draws near, voters continue to weigh the merits of the candidates and consider the implications of their potential leadership. While Harris and Trump represent polarizing political figures, the key issues that will ultimately sway voters remain the economy, crime, and the direction of the country.
