As "Wheel of Fortune" host Pat Sajak's final episode approaches, fans have been treated to a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse of the beloved game show's inner workings, courtesy of Sajak's daughter, Maggie.

Through a series of videos shared on Instagram, Maggie Sajak provided an exclusive tour of the puzzleboard area, showcasing the intricate setup that makes the show possible. "Secrets from behind the puzzleboard!!," she captioned the post, teasing a glimpse into the show's inner sanctum.

Maggie's video tour began with a close-up of her father, revealing a bustling workspace filled with numerous television screens and equipment. "It looks like an election headquarters back here with all those TV screens and everything," Pat remarked, adding, "I think I see some anchormen."

Addressing the curiosity of fans, Maggie explained, "A lot of people were asking what behind the puzzle board looks like, so we came to show them a glimpse." However, she noted, "We can't show a lot because there are certain things that are highly classified."

One of the behind-the-scenes secrets revealed was Pat's dedicated water station, a small table stocked with bottles of Fiji water to keep the host hydrated throughout the show's taping. "They just gave me enough to last the rest of the season," he said with a chuckle.

Co-host Vanna White joined in on the fun, offering a glimpse into her daily craft services. "So, what do I do when I'm back here besides crochet briefly and look at my puzzles?" she asked. "They always have little snacks back here."

White then displayed a container of mixed nuts, admitting, "This is what I get. They used to bring cookies. They used to bring chips. They used to bring all the bad snacks, and I used to eat them. I said, do not bring them anymore."

However, White confessed to a weakness for the chocolate nuts, saying, "I try not to eat it though."

As the farewell episode of "Wheel of Fortune" draws near, Sajak's legacy as the longest-running host of any game show continues to be celebrated. His retirement after more than four decades at the helm of the show has sparked a wave of nostalgia and tributes.

In June 2023, Sajak announced his departure from the show, stating, "Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all."

Ryan Seacrest was subsequently named as Sajak's replacement, but many fans have expressed their belief that Maggie Sajak, who has served as the show's social correspondent since 2021, would be the ideal successor.

In a recent interview, Vanna White endorsed Maggie's candidacy, saying, "I think she's a good replacement if I can't be there for some reason."

With its rich history and enduring popularity, "Wheel of Fortune" remains a cultural touchstone, and the behind-the-scenes tour provided by Maggie Sajak has only added to its mystique and intrigue.
