Texas Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick has condemned President Biden for his "compassionless" immigration policies following the tragic murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. The accused killers, two illegal immigrants from Venezuela, allegedly lured the young girl under a bridge, sexually assaulted her, and then brutally killed her.

Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick has launched a scathing attack on the Biden administration's immigration policies, blaming them for the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. Speaking on "America's Newsroom," Patrick demanded that President Biden "seal the border with Mexico right now" to prevent further bloodshed.

"If Joe Biden had any compassion at all for this family or the families of Laken Riley or Rachel Morin and others who have been killed… he would secure the border on Thursday, the day of [Nungaray's] funeral," Patrick declared.

He described the brutal murder of Nungaray as a "rag doll" disposal, highlighting the gruesome nature of her death. Patrick emphasized that this tragedy could befall anyone, regardless of their background or location, due to the open border policy.

"There are animals roaming this country today because of Joe Biden, and these three women I just named would all be alive today – today – if it weren't for Joe Biden. The blood is on his hands," Patrick asserted.

Prosecutors have charged Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, with capital murder in connection with Nungaray's killing. Both men are illegal immigrants from Venezuela who allegedly lured the victim under a bridge, sexually assaulted her, and then tied her up and killed her.

Patrick pointed out that Pena Ramos was wearing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) ankle bracelet at the time of the crime. He also revealed that both accused had crossed the border illegally and were released into the U.S. without proper screening or documentation.

"While we're there, looking at the casket and praying for this family, [Biden] will be letting more animals like the two that allegedly killed her into this country," Patrick remarked.

He urged former President Trump to confront Biden at Thursday night's CNN Presidential Debate on the deadly consequences of his border policies. Patrick believes Biden should be held accountable for the lives lost due to his failure to address the border crisis.

Nungaray's mother, Alexis Nungaray, expressed her anguish over her daughter's senseless death and called for stricter border security measures. "We have to stop burying our kids. This isn’t right. We have to have more reinforcement when it comes to letting people in. This is not okay," she said.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg echoed Patrick's concerns, describing Houston as a "huge international hub" that attracts people from all over the world, including both victims and perpetrators of violence. "Unfortunately, we see a great deal of violence committed by illegal immigrants, and we see as many victimized by other illegals and regular people here. It’s an enormous problem. This was bound to happen," Ogg said.

Patrick's condemnation of Biden's immigration policies has been met with support from his fellow Republicans, who have long argued that the open border is a breeding ground for crime and violence. Democrats, on the other hand, have defended Biden's policies, arguing that they are more humane and focused on protecting asylum seekers and refugees.

As the debate over immigration continues, the tragic murder of Jocelyn Nungaray has become a stark reminder of the human toll of the border crisis. Patrick's call for a secure border has resonated with many Americans who believe that the government has a responsibility to protect its citizens from those who may pose a threat.
