Country star Blake Shelton gives credit to his wife Gwen Stefani's sons for taking the lead in planning her Mother's Day celebration.

"They're like, 'No, no, no. We've already thought about it. We're going to make breakfast for her,'" Shelton said to People magazine.

While Shelton acknowledged his wife's unwavering support as his "super woman," he emphasized the extraordinary role her sons play in spoiling her.

"I always can kind of just take a back seat and watch these boys. They do an incredible job spoiling her," he added.

Since their nuptials in 2021, Shelton and Stefani have faced unwarranted rumors about their relationship. However, Stefani has remained unfazed, attributing her resilience to her strong connection with her husband.

"We know what that is. And so that [negativity] would never penetrate just by me being vulnerable and sharing a song that I didn’t write for anybody else but myself and Blake," she said during an interview with Nylon Magazine.

Shelton himself has echoed his wife's sentiments, expressing concerns about aging and the impact it could have on their relationship.

"These are conversations that she and I have with each other: ‘Are you still going to love me when I’m old or if I forget who I am?’” he shared.

"You can say whatever you want to say about our relationship — I mean, a week ago we were getting divorced again or something. It’s just lies," Stefani emphasized.
