An incident involving pop star Britney Spears on Thursday morning led to authorities being called to the iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel on the Sunset Strip.

Officials with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 911 call at approximately 12:42 a.m., requesting assistance for an injured adult female. However, exact details surrounding the injury or Spears' condition remain undisclosed.

"The caller did not offer specifics regarding the injury," said Capt. Erik Scott of the LAFD. "One LAFD Paramedic Ambulance responded to the location. At this time, it is not clear if the paramedic crew encountered the injured person or offered any medical assistance."

According to sources cited by Page Six, the incident allegedly stemmed from a fight between Spears and her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Paul Soliz. However, exact details have not been confirmed by authorities or Spears herself.

Later on Thursday, Spears appeared to address the incident in an Instagram post, claiming the news reports were "fake." She also shared that she had twisted her ankle the previous night and expressed concerns about paramedics showing up at her door without permission.

"I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday!!! Truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie," she wrote. "Goddesses out there, I'm reaching my higher power and furthermore, I hope you guys are too!!! I need a new toothbrush right now."

In a separate post, Spears also announced her move to Boston.

On Thursday, it was revealed that Spears had finalized her divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari. According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the date of separation was July 28, 2023. The couple married on June 9, 2022, and had no children together.

The settlement included provisions for the division of assets and liabilities pursuant to a premarital agreement.
