Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams struggled in his second NFL start, throwing two interceptions and getting sacked seven times in a 19-13 loss to the Houston Texans.
The Houston Texans' defense made Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams look like a rookie in Week 1, picking him off twice and sacking him seven times in a narrow 19-13 victory.
Williams, who admitted to "rushing his drop" in the Bears' Week 1 victory over the Tennessee Titans, struggled to handle the pressure put on him by the Texans' defense. He threw one interception to Kamar Lassiter and the other to Derek Stingley Jr., both of which came in the second half.

The Texans' defense was relentless in their pursuit of Williams, who was forced to scramble on his final two drives. He consistently overthrew his receivers when having four or more defenders blitzing him. The quarterback finished 23-of-37 with 174 passing yards. He has yet to throw a touchdown pass in his first two games.
Henry To'oTo'o, Jalen Pitre, and Azeez Al-Shaair were all in double digits in tackles for Houston. To'oTo'o had 13 tackles, while Pitre and Al-Shaair each had 10 tackles. Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr. had 1.5 sacks each.

The Texans' offense wasn't exactly scoring at will, but they did just enough to get the win. Quarterback C.J. Stroud was 23-of-36 with 260 passing yards. He had a touchdown pass to wide receiver Nico Collins, who led Houston with eight catches for 135 yards.
The Bears were playing without Keenan Allen, who is still recovering from a hamstring injury. Rome Odunze also played injured but had two catches for 33 yards. D.J. Moore led the team with six catches for 53 yards.
