Gregory's former brother-in-law, Max Pfaffinger, confirmed the tragic news to Fox News Digital. He noted that both Gregory and Hans were found deceased in the vehicle.

Born on May 26, 1978, in Los Angeles, Gregory began his acting career at a young age. His early roles included appearances on shows such as "The A-Team," "T.J. Hooker," "Punky Brewster," and "The Twilight Zone."

After his time on "ALF," Gregory continued to act, lending his voice to Edgar the Mole in the 1993 animated feature "Once Upon a Forest." However, he gradually distanced himself from the entertainment industry in the early 2000s, eventually enlisting in the U.S. Navy. He received an honorable medical discharge in 2005.
