Christina Applegate shares her emotional journey with multiple sclerosis, revealing the day she received the life-changing diagnosis and the unwavering support of her loved ones, especially her daughter.
Christina Applegate's life took an unexpected turn when she received a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) in January 2021. The actress, known for her roles in "Married with Children" and "Dead to Me," had been experiencing a range of symptoms that she initially dismissed as minor ailments. However, as the symptoms persisted and intensified, she realized that something more serious was amiss.
"For years, I'd have weird things—balance issues, speech issues. My hands would shake sometimes, and I'd play tennis, and my knee would go out," Applegate recalled on SiriusXM's "This Life of Mine with James Corden."
