John McEntee, a former White House official, has amassed millions of followers on TikTok with his satirical and humorous videos that mock liberal viewpoints. McEntee believes his content appeals to a younger audience due to its engaging and funny nature.

John McEntee didn't set out to become a TikTok sensation, but his witty and often satirical videos mocking liberal viewpoints have made him a popular figure on the platform with millions of followers.

McEntee, who previously worked as a personal aide to former President Trump, credits TikTok for enabling conservative voices to reach a younger audience in a humorous and relatable way.

"Our message resonates because the country is so crazy, and we kind of have a simple approach of, you know, calling out the craziness," McEntee told Fox News Digital.

McEntee and his fellow founders initially created The Right Stuff, a dating app for conservatives, but quickly realized the importance of promoting the app on social media.

Recognizing the vast reach of TikTok, they began creating short, engaging videos that poked fun at political and cultural issues, a strategy that proved highly successful in attracting followers.

"What stood out was sort of this satire, political stuff, and we just doubled down on that," McEntee said.

McEntee's satirical videos, often filmed during lunch breaks, have garnered millions of views, with some exceeding 20 million.

He believes that conservatives often struggle to create appealing and shareable content but emphasizes that his approach is different.

"It's not mean spirited, but it's fun," McEntee said.

Despite criticism from the Left, McEntee remains focused on growing The Right Stuff and using TikTok to connect with a broader audience.

"Conservatives oftentimes have trouble being cool and normal and mainstream," McEntee added. "That's what we're trying to do."

The Right Stuff's content provides talking points for young conservatives, addressing issues related to gender identity in sports and the perceived overreach of government.

McEntee's fans regularly praise his ability to simplify complex political issues and make them relatable.

In addition to his political videos, McEntee's love for food has become a staple of his online presence.

"I just love eating, honestly," he said. "It just kind of took off."

McEntee has ambitious plans for The Right Stuff, including a friends version, a business component, and potentially a media angle.

He believes that the success of his TikTok videos has shifted their focus and may lead to the addition of more informative content in the future.
