Fox News host Sean Hannity claims that the evidence against Hunter Biden in his gun case is overwhelming. The charges include lying on an ATF form, lying to the gun dealer, and illegally possessing a gun while addicted to drugs. Hannity says that these allegations are not to be taken lightly, especially in light of Joe Biden's stance on gun control.

Hunter Biden's Gun Charges: Not a Joke

Fox News host Sean Hannity has weighed in on the gun charges against Hunter Biden, calling the evidence against him "overwhelming."

Biden is facing three charges: lying on an ATF form when purchasing a gun, lying to the gun dealer, and illegally possessing a gun while addicted to drugs or actively using drugs.

Hannity said on his show "Hannity" that the evidence against Biden is "clear" and that the charges are "not a joke."

"Count one accuses Hunter of lying on an ATF form when purchasing a gun, swearing that he was not addicted to drugs," Hannity said. "Count two accuses Hunter of lying to the gun dealer. Count three alleges that Hunter illegally possessed the gun while addicted to drugs or actively using drugs."

Hannity pointed to evidence from the trial that shows Biden texted his girlfriend the day after buying the gun that he was waiting for his dealer. The next day, Biden texted his girlfriend that he was smoking crack.

"So, let's be clear, these allegations are not a joke," Hannity said.

Hannity also criticized President Biden for his stance on gun control in light of his son's charges.

"Joe Biden, his fellow Democrats, don't they love to lecture you about gun control?" Hannity asked. "In fact, President Biden is now proposing tighter regulations surrounding lawful gun ownership and steep penalties for anyone who dares to step out of line and yet his own son is on trial for gun crimes."

Hannity said that the Biden family is "hypocritical" for their stance on gun control.

"They want to take away your guns, but they're not willing to hold their own family members accountable for breaking the law," Hannity said.

The charges against Hunter Biden are serious and could have a significant impact on his life. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison for each charge.

The trial is ongoing and it is unclear what the outcome will be. However, the charges against Hunter Biden are a reminder that no one is above the law, not even the son of the president.
