"The reason why we have chaos right now after the Dobbs decision, the reason why, after Roe v. Wade was overturned, overturned after being constitutional law for over 50 years, is because of what Donald Trump did in his administration," she said.

Jean-Pierre's comments come as President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have made abortion a central issue in their re-election campaign. Biden has emphasized the importance of protecting reproductive rights, while Harris has warned that other fundamental freedoms could be at stake.

The recent anniversary of the Dobbs decision has sparked renewed debate about the rights of children in the United States. Advocates for children have expressed concerns about the impact of the ruling on access to healthcare, education, and other essential services.

The Biden administration has prioritized addressing these concerns.
