Fox News host Jesse Watters expressed outrage over the security breach at former President Trump's rally in Butler, Pa., claiming it came dangerously close to a "live execution."
Fox News host Jesse Watters has vehemently denounced the security lapse that nearly resulted in the assassination of former President Donald Trump at his Butler, Pa. rally. Watters, on his show "Jesse Watters Primetime," decried the Secret Service's handling of the incident, demanding accountability and transparency.
"We were seconds away from a live execution of a presidential frontrunner," Watters exclaimed. "And the Secret Service director isn't being fired, isn't resigning, and promises it won't happen again."
Jesse Watters: Assassination Attempt on Trump Exposes Colossal Security Failure
Watters questioned the credibility of the Secret Service's internal investigation, casting doubt on whether it could uncover the truth behind the security failure. He pointed to the lack of consequences for the director, despite the gravity of the incident.
"How do we know her internal investigation isn't going to be a cover-up?" Watters asked. "This woman destroyed her texts from Jan. 6 and blew up the White House cocaine."
Watters called for congressional action, urging for a House select committee to investigate the assassination attempt and bring those responsible to justice. He demanded that hearings be conducted under oath and televised live for transparency.
"Take this out of the hands of the feds and conduct hearings under oath on live television," Watters urged. "Bring in the counter snipers. Bring in Cheatle. Bring in Crooks’ pop."
Watters pledged that his show would continue to pursue the truth and prevent a cover-up. He vowed to hold the Secret Service accountable for its failures and ensure the safety of future presidential candidates.
"Primetime promises you we will never let them cover this up," Watters declared.
The security breach at Trump's rally raises serious concerns about the ability of the Secret Service to protect high-profile individuals. Watters' call for a thorough and transparent investigation is crucial for restoring public trust in the agency responsible for safeguarding the nation's leaders.
