John also shed light on the fierce competition within the entertainment industry, sharing a personal anecdote involving his father and Tom Cruise.

"My dad told me about how he and Tom Cruise would box in the hallway of the hotel they were staying at while filming 'The Outsiders,'" John revealed. "They were both teenagers at the time, and the testosterone was running high."

John emphasized that this type of competitive spirit is not uncommon in Hollywood, especially among young actors eager to prove themselves.
