The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War, a gacha adventure based on the popular anime series, is set to release on Android and iOS next month. Pre-registrations are now open, with a variety of rewards up for grabs.

Userjoy has announced that pre-registrations are now open for their upcoming gacha adventure, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War. The game is set to release on Android and iOS devices on May 29th, and will be free-to-play with in-app purchases.

Based on the hit anime series, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War tells the story of Lavian Winslet, the granddaughter of a renowned Hero. Lavian joins the Northern Jaegers, an esteemed mercenary group, and is tasked with an investigation mission in the Erebonian Empire. Alongside her companions Martin, Iseria, and Talion, she must collect intelligence on the mysterious Imperial Hero.

To celebrate the opening of pre-registrations, Userjoy is offering a variety of rewards to eager fans. Players who pre-register on the game's website will receive the Trails series character, Tita Russel. Alternatively, players who pre-register on one of the app stores will receive a limited outfit and frame for Tita.
