At just 23 years old, American gymnast Jordan Chiles has already accomplished a remarkable amount in her career. Before competing at the Tokyo Olympics, she was considered one of the sport's breakout stars. She brought home a silver medal from the Summer Games in 2021 and continued her impressive performance after returning to the United States.

Chiles joined the UCLA Bruins and won NCAA titles in the uneven bars and floor exercise in 2023. She also captured gold at the 2022 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool and the 2023 Pan American Games.

In addition to her athletic achievements, Chiles has embraced a new aspect of her appearance – her smile. "I was happy to partner with Invisalign because there was one thing I did not like about myself, which was my smile," Chiles said. "With Invisalign, I was able to embrace my smile more."

Chiles has been a member of the United States women's national gymnastics team since 2013 and is known for her strong bond with teammate Simone Biles. "Biles and Chiles … we love each other so much. … That's my bestie. We're Biles and Chiles for a reason," Chiles said. "She's definitely proven a lot within her time of her comeback era. She won core classics. She's done amazing things at world (championships). She has all these medals. I'm beyond proud."

Chiles admires Biles' strength and determination. "She's such an amazing person. I wish people could see that side of her. She's my superhero for sure," Chiles said.

Chiles' accomplishments have extended beyond the gymnastics arena. She was chosen to carry Team USA's flag during the opening ceremony of the Pan American Games in Chile. "I was in shock. I was in awe. I didn't know there was that many people who really thought I would be an important person to carry the flag for such a big team," Chiles said. "USA is the biggest team that anybody can be thankful to be a part of."

Chiles' success story serves as an inspiration to others, both in and out of the world of gymnastics. She demonstrates that with hard work and determination, it is possible to achieve your goals and embrace your true self.

Chiles will next compete at the 2024 U.S. National Gymnastics Championships in Texas, where she will face off against other top American gymnasts, including Biles, "Suni" Lee, and Gabby Douglas. The championships will serve as an important tune-up for the Summer Olympics in Paris, which begin on July 26.

As Chiles continues her journey, she is eager to inspire others and prove that anything is possible. "I know I'm the underdog. I know I'm not going to be on every cover of every magazine, but that's okay," Chiles said. "I just want to be the best that I can be. I want to make people proud."
