New York Yankees' Aaron Judge was hit by a pitch on the hand Tuesday night, but was able to stay in the game and help the team to a 6-4 victory over the Boston Red Sox.
Judge was hit by a 96 mph fastball from Red Sox starter Nathan Eovaldi in the first inning. He immediately grabbed his right hand in pain, and the Yankees' training staff came out to check on him.

After a few minutes, Judge was able to stay in the game. He finished the night 1-for-4 with a walk and a run scored.
"It was a big relief to be able to stay in the game," Judge said after the game. "I was a little worried at first, but I'm feeling OK now."
The Yankees were certainly relieved to have Judge in the lineup. He is one of the team's best players, and his presence in the middle of the order is a big boost to the offense.
"It was great to see Aaron stay in the game," Yankees manager Aaron Boone said. "He's such a key part of our team, and we need him out there."
The Yankees went on to win the game 6-4, thanks in part to Judge's contributions. He singled in the first inning, and drew a walk in the third inning. He also scored a run in the fourth inning.
Judge's performance was a positive sign for the Yankees, who have been struggling lately. The team has lost five of its last six games, and is now just 2 games over .500.
"We needed this win," Judge said. "We've been playing tough lately, but we're still a good team. We just need to keep fighting."
The Yankees will look to continue their winning ways when they face the Red Sox again on Wednesday night. Judge is expected to be in the lineup again, and he will be looking to help the Yankees get back to .500.
