Trump also criticized Harris's record on poverty, saying, "There are 60 million people in poverty in the U.S., under their watch, and she doesn't even talk about them!"

In another post, Trump said, "She's talking about how great San Francisco was before she destroyed it, probably not a good idea!"
Trump's attacks on Harris come as the election enters the final stretch. The two candidates are set to meet in their first debate on September 10 in Philadelphia.

Harris's speech was a forceful defense of President Biden's record and a blistering attack on Trump. She called Trump an "unserious man" and said "the consequences of putting Donald Trump back in the White House are extremely serious."
"And how he would use the immense powers of the presidency of the United States? Not to improve your life, not to strengthen our national security, but to serve the only client he has ever had -- himself," Harris said.

Trump's criticisms of Harris reflect his ongoing efforts to undermine the Biden administration and sow division within the Democratic Party.
Harris's speech was well-received by the Democratic faithful, but it remains to be seen whether she can use her momentum to help Biden win re-election.
The election is shaping up to be a close race, and the outcome could hinge on the debates and the candidates' ability to connect with voters.
