Prince Harry's tell-all memoir, "Spare," continues to strain his relationship with his father, King Charles III, and brother, Prince William, according to royal expert Christopher Andersen. Andersen claims that Charles is particularly hurt by Harry's portrayal of Queen Camilla in the book and believes that William will be the most difficult for Harry to reconcile with.

Andersen, author of "The King," told Fox News Digital that Charles remains resentful of Harry's claims that Camilla was a "villain" and that she leaked private conversations to the media.

"There’s no criticism of Camilla," Andersen claimed. "And unfortunately for Harry… Harry said some pretty devastating things about her. He made it clear that he felt she was… the villain in the piece. I think that still bothers the king, and I don’t know that it will be easy for him to [forgive]."

Andersen added that Harry's decision to move to California with his wife, Meghan Markle, and criticize the royal family has further alienated him from his father.

"I think people have to realize that the one thing that Charles finds unforgivable is criticism of Camilla," Andersen said.

While Harry has reportedly been attempting to initiate peace talks with his family, Andersen believes that his pleas have fallen on deaf ears, particularly with William.

"I really do think that the hardest nut to crack in this whole scenario is William," Andersen claimed. "He has taken [what Harry wrote about him] very, very personally. And he’s [very] moody. I think he’s probably the moodiest… although he is incredibly charming. Obviously, he has great people skills. But behind the scenes, I think he’s really rock hard in his feelings about things, and it’s very hard for him to change his ways."

In his memoir, Harry details a physical altercation with William in 2019, claiming that his brother grabbed him by the collar and ripped his necklace before knocking him down. Andersen believes that this incident has further damaged the brothers' relationship.

"Look, I think if William could find a way to build a bridge of some sort… Harry, I think, is certainly hoping that at some point, the olive branch he has repeatedly extended to his brother and father will be accepted," Andersen said. "But it hasn’t happened yet, and I don’t think it’s going to happen in the foreseeable future."

Andersen added that William is also preoccupied with his wife, Kate Middleton's, ongoing health issues, which is limiting his bandwidth for reconciliation at this time.
