Fox News host Laura Ingraham criticized Vice President Kamala Harris' response to the crisis at the southern border, arguing that millions of illegal migrants are entering the country and causing problems in communities across the United States.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham has vehemently criticized Vice President Kamala Harris' immigration policy, asserting that it has led to a surge of illegal immigration and exacerbated problems in American communities. Ingraham's remarks came during a segment on "The Ingraham Angle," where she excoriated the Biden administration's handling of the crisis at the southern border.
Ingraham argued that millions of undocumented immigrants are entering the country, burdening communities and straining resources. She pointed to increased crime rates, overwhelmed schools, and fentanyl deaths linked to the smuggling of drugs across the border. Ingraham condemned Harris' alleged lack of empathy towards those affected by the crisis.

"If you know someone whose kid died from fentanyl smuggled across the border, or seen your grandkids’ schools struggling to keep up with the ESL demands, or maybe you notice crime creeping up in your once-safe neighborhoods," Ingraham said. "Kamala Harris' message to you: Too bad. Stop complaining, you xenophobe."
Ingraham urged viewers to examine the "filth and the crime" at the border as evidence of Harris' failed policies. She questioned the wisdom of electing Harris to the presidency, suggesting that her policies would only further exacerbate the problems facing the country.
"I don't know about you, but I think we're all full-up with problems here at home, many caused now by illegals crushing budgets in small-town and urban America," Ingraham stated. "But it's not just the money we're bleeding — it's the victims who are bleeding as well."
Ingraham's attack on Harris' immigration policy reflects a broader conservative critique of the Biden administration's approach to border security. Republicans have accused Democrats of being too lenient on immigration enforcement and have argued that their policies are endangering American communities.
Harris has defended the administration's efforts to address the root causes of migration from Central America, such as poverty and violence. She has also emphasized the need for humane treatment of asylum seekers and the importance of upholding the rule of law.
However, critics like Ingraham argue that these policies are insufficient and fail to address the immediate crisis at the border. They maintain that stricter enforcement measures and enhanced border security are necessary to stem the flow of illegal immigration.
The debate over immigration policy is likely to continue as the Biden administration grapples with the ongoing challenges at the southern border.
