Attorneys Matthew Bilinsky and Roxanne Hoge join "Fox News @ Night" to discuss the plight of fired Los Angeles city workers seeking reinstatement after refusing to comply with vaccine mandates.

The firing of Los Angeles city workers over their refusal to comply with vaccine mandates has sparked outrage, with attorneys representing the dismissed employees denouncing the hypocrisy of the decision.

"This stinks of hypocrisy," declared attorney Matthew Bilinsky, representing the fired workers. "The city has been ignoring its own vaccination requirements for years, allowing thousands of unvaccinated employees to work without repercussions."

Roxanne Hoge, a Republican California delegate, echoed Bilinsky's sentiments, calling the city's actions "unconscionable."

"These workers are being punished for exercising their right to make personal health decisions," Hoge said. "The city should be focusing on providing essential services, not creating a hostile work environment for those who have legitimate concerns about vaccines."

In a bombshell revelation, a House Judiciary subcommittee hearing has exposed alleged pressure from the Biden administration on medical professionals to expedite the approval of the COVID-19 vaccine for children before adequate testing was completed.

According to testimony by former FDA vaccine office director Dr. Marion Gruber, agency officials were warned about serious side effects in young males ages 12 to 17. However, top vaccine regulator Dr. Peter Marks allegedly pushed for a quicker approval process so the vaccine could be mandated.

"When they raised concerns, they were fired," said subcommittee Chairman Thomas Massie, R-Ky. "The Biden administration was mandating the vaccine despite growing reports of vaccine injuries, and this is deeply concerning."

Witnesses before the subcommittee attributed vaccine hesitancy to government inconsistencies in messaging about COVID-19 and the vaccine.

"They told us one thing, and then the opposite happened," said Dr. Jordan Vaughn, an internist at a private practice in Alabama. "People naturally start to question authority figures when they make misleading statements."

Vaughn testified that he has treated more than 2,000 patients with complications from the COVID-19 vaccine, including service members who have suffered severe adverse reactions after receiving mandated shots.

"Their faith in medicine and public health is shattered," Vaughn said. "They were forced to choose between their conscience and their livelihood, and now they are struggling with debilitating conditions."

Vaccine litigation expert Aaron Siri raised concerns about the financial conflicts of interest that may have influenced the vaccine rollout.

"There were billions of dollars on the line for pharmaceutical companies," Siri said. "That had a major impact on how these vaccines were marketed and distributed."

Siri further pointed out that vaccine manufacturers were exempted from liability for vaccine injuries, which may have contributed to the rush to approve and mandate the COVID-19 vaccines.

Former FDA officials Philip Krause and Marion Gruber testified that they quit after facing pressure from the Biden administration to authorize vaccine boosters for young people in 2021.

"The rapid move to mandates suggested that the vaccine review was motivated by政治al considerations, not public health," Krause said. "This undermines trust in public health agencies."

Krause emphasized that transparency is crucial, and politicians should acknowledge their role in vaccine policy decisions. By presenting these decisions as purely scientific, he argued, they erode trust and make it difficult for the public to discern between politics and public health.
