In a separate incident in Florida, a man was arrested on Sunday for allegedly hijacking an EMS vehicle and taking it for a joyride before crashing it.

The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez, was charged with grand theft auto and reckless driving.

According to police, Rodriguez stole the EMS vehicle from an emergency response facility in Lake Worth Beach. He then allegedly drove the vehicle at high speeds and ran red lights.

At one point, Rodriguez crashed the vehicle into a light pole. He was taken into custody at the scene.

Police said Rodriguez was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.

In another incident in Florida, a high school mom was arrested for allegedly joining her daughter's bus stop fistfight.

The incident happened on Friday morning in Palm Coast.

According to police, the mom, identified as 34-year-old Jennifer Rahaim, joined her daughter in a fight with another student at the bus stop.

The fight was allegedly over a social media post.

Rahaim was arrested and charged with battery.

Her daughter was also arrested and charged with simple battery.
