NATO Chief Admits Delay in Ukraine Aid Impacted Battlefield

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has acknowledged that delays in delivering promised military aid to Ukraine have negatively impacted the country's war effort against Russia. Stoltenberg, however, expressed optimism that the situation was about to change. He pointed to the recent moves by the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands to provide substantial aid packages to Ukraine. He anticipates that other commitments will follow suit.

The NATO chief emphasized the significance of fulfilling the aid commitments, highlighting that the lack of support has contributed to Ukraine's challenges on the battlefield. He stressed that the Russians had paid a heavy price for their minimal territorial gains and that Ukraine could still turn the tide in its favor.
