"It is widely known within the family that Prince William has laid down an absolute ban on Harry returning in any way, shape or form into his former royal family fold," Bullen told Fox News Digital.

Bullen's statement follows comments by former royal butler Grant Harrold, who suggested that a public apology from Harry would pave the way for his acceptance back into the family. However, Bullen believes that such an apology is unlikely, due to Harry's previous tell-alls and his reluctance to take responsibility for his actions.

"All that has earned him the British nomenclature of ‘Ginger Whinger’ (whiner)," Bullen said.

Turner believes that a legal peace treaty between Harry and the royal family, where the couple agrees to refrain from sharing further secrets, could pave the way for his return.

"In return, the family will show great public respect to the couple, which has been extremely lacking before," Turner said.
