The palace did not provide any specific details about Anne's injuries or the circumstances surrounding her fall. However, it is believed that she may have suffered a concussion and possibly some bruising or sprains.
Anne is known for her active lifestyle and her love of horses. She is an accomplished equestrian and has competed in three Olympic Games. She is also the President of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).

Anne's hospitalization came just two days after her brother, King Charles III, ascended to the throne following the death of their mother, Queen Elizabeth II. Charles was officially proclaimed King on Saturday, August 12th, at a ceremony held at St James's Palace in London.
Anne was among the members of the royal family who attended the proclamation ceremony. She also accompanied Charles on his tour of the United Kingdom, which included stops in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Anne's return home from the hospital is a welcome sign that she is recovering well from her injuries. She is a popular and respected member of the royal family, and her absence from public life during her hospitalization was a cause for concern for many people.
