The NYPD has released surveillance footage of two suspects accused of burglarizing Pitino's office. The suspects are described as two men, one wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and the other wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
Pitino, who is in his second season as head coach of the St. John's men's basketball program, made light of the situation on social media, joking that an expensive bottle of wine was among the items stolen. He later clarified that the bottle is being stored safely for when St. John's reaches the Final Four.
