Now, transpose this analogy to the gaming experiences that have sparked a similar intensity in your heart over the past 18 months. Has a mobile game captivated you to the point where you yearn to pen a love song as eloquent as "Purple Rain"? If so, the PG People's Choice Award eagerly awaits your submission.

As part of the PG Mobile Games Awards, this esteemed accolade is a platform for players to recognize and reward the mobile games that have left an undeniable mark on their gaming journey. Unlike previous years where we retrospectively honored the past 12 months, this year's award encompasses the period from January 2023 to June 2024, allowing us to capture the most recent gaming sensations.

Whether it's the immersive storytelling, groundbreaking gameplay, or simply the ability to transport you to another realm, share your gaming experience that stood out from the crowd. By nominating your game of choice, you're not only celebrating its greatness but also giving the team behind it the recognition they deserve.

To participate, simply fill out a nomination form before the deadline of midnight on June 17th. We'll sift through the entries, meticulously select the finalists, and then it's over to you, the esteemed gaming community, to cast your votes.

The winning game will be adorned with virtual diamonds and pearls – or at the very least, announced with great fanfare at the PG Mobile Games Awards on August 20th.

But before you embark on a nomination frenzy, a few rules of engagement:

* Eligible games must have been fully launched between January 2023 and June 2024.

* Multiple nominations are welcome if you have more than one "game of the year" pick.

* Games must have been available on iOS or Android platforms.

* The nomination deadline is Monday, June 17th, 2024.
