Osbourne's videos showed Wilson in the background on a hospital bed. A clip with text that read "I have no words" had Osbourne shaking her head in disbelief.

Wilson later posted a second video explaining that he had been transported to another hospital with a better burn facility.

"Worst parts my arms… they’re going to shave my head, so say goodbye to the long hair," Wilson said, showing a close-up view of his lips and burned arm.

"I’m a trooper… not exactly, but I’m hanging in there pretty good."

Wilson urged his fans to be cautious when dealing with fire. "Be really careful if you’re dealing with fire," he advised.

Representatives for Wilson and Osbourne have not yet responded to requests for comment.
