Nearly a year after the body of 19-year-old Noah Presgrove was found along a highway in Jefferson County, Oklahoma, the manner of his death remains unknown, according to a medical examiner's report released to his family.

Presgrove survived the incident and returned to the party, where he reportedly got into an argument with his girlfriend. He left the party and was not found until the following morning on the side of the highway.

Presgrove's sister, Madison Rawlings, expressed doubts about certain details in the report, particularly regarding the alleged argument with his girlfriend. She has reached out to the medical examiner for clarification.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, which initially described Presgrove's death as "suspicious."
