According to Captain Dinah Wade, the fire originated in a UTV parked near Underwood's garage. It then spread to the garage, but firefighters successfully contained the flames to that area.

"Crews worked for several hours to extinguish the fire extension into the roofline," Wade said. "Crews from Franklin Fire provided a ladder truck and engine crew to assist with the operation. Fairview Fire also provided a tanker and crew for support."

Wade commended Underwood for installing a 10,000 gallon water reservoir on the property, which proved invaluable for firefighters in extinguishing the blaze.
