Davidson's impressive achievement has paved the way for her to progress to the qualifying tournament, which will be held at Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice, Florida, from October 15-18. If she maintains her exceptional performance and finishes among a select group of golfers, she will have the opportunity to advance to the final qualifying tournament scheduled for December in Mobile, Alabama.
Throughout her four rounds, Davidson displayed remarkable consistency, shooting 72, 72, 69, and 71, respectively. Her overall score of 4-under par highlights her unwavering focus and exceptional talent.

The tournament's winner, Ashley Menne, an amateur, showcased her skills by finishing with a score of 16-under par after shooting 4-under (68) on the Dinah Shore Tournament Course, the same course where Davidson achieved a commendable 1-under on Sunday.
Davidson's journey has not been without its challenges. Despite her athletic abilities, she has faced controversy within the sport, particularly after expressing her views on athletes who blame trans athletes like herself for their own shortcomings.

In a recent Instagram post, Davidson stated, "I will never understand athletes who blame a transgender competitor on their own athletic failures. If you don't take accountability for your failures then you will never actually be good enough to make it."
Davidson's outspoken nature has also led to her being banned from the NXXT Women's Pro Tour due to a policy change requiring participants to be "biological females at birth." This decision sparked backlash and raised questions about the inclusivity of the sport.

Despite these obstacles, Davidson remains committed to her goal of earning an LPGA Tour card. She has proven her resilience and determination by consistently performing at a high level.
The LPGA currently maintains an inclusion policy that allows transgender athletes who have undergone surgery after male puberty to participate in events. This policy aims to ensure fair competition while providing equal opportunities for all athletes.
As Davidson advances to the next stage of the qualification process, her journey serves as an inspiration to both supporters and skeptics alike. Her talent, perseverance, and willingness to advocate for transgender rights demonstrate the transformative power of sports in fostering inclusivity and promoting equality.
