Travis Kelce's visit to the White House for the Chiefs' Super Bowl celebration brought a stern warning from the Secret Service due to past incidents and expired identification.

Travis Kelce's Explosive Secret Service Warning:

Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs' star tight end, has revealed a tense encounter with the Secret Service during last week's White House visit to celebrate their Super Bowl victory.

Speaking on the "New Heights" podcast with his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, Travis recounted a stern warning he received before the event, stemming from an incident last year where he arrived without a valid ID.

Travis Kelce's Explosive Secret Service Warning:

"The Secret Service that's all over the White House, they weren't too happy with me. They weren't too happy with me on my second time visiting," he recalled with a laugh.

Determined to avoid repeating the embarrassing situation, Travis brought his passport this time. However, he still faced a grilling from the Secret Service.

"When I walked in, we had four or five Secret Service members come up to me and tell me, 'You know if you go up to that podium, we're authorized to tase you,'" he related.

Despite the warning, President Biden invited Travis to the podium, which he kept short due to the threat of an electric shock.

"Well, you nailed it," Jason added.

The Chiefs are eyeing a three-peat this season, and if successful, their fans can expect to see No. 87 back up on stage.

"It's always an honor to go to the White House," Travis said Wednesday.

"Any time that I get a chance to get recognized by the president of the United States and get to go with my teammates and a group of men and women that I had success with to the point where we get to get acknowledged, I'm doing it every single time no matter who's up there at the helm, no matter what's going on in this world. I think it's just such a cool opportunity."

The Secret Service also appeared to warm up to Travis this year, giving him a Secret Service pin and a challenge coin.

In addition to the warning, Travis shared other humorous anecdotes from the visit, including joking about his previous White House mishap with President Biden.

"I had to bring it up," he said. "I couldn't let him forget that I embarrassed myself in his house."

Despite the tense moment with the Secret Service, Travis and the Chiefs enjoyed their White House celebration, recognizing their hard-fought Super Bowl victory and the opportunity to meet President Biden.
