Undecided voters in Pennsylvania have voiced their expectations for Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming ABC News Presidential Debate, emphasizing the need for her to clearly outline her policy positions and differentiate herself from President Biden's administration.

"I'm really looking specifically what she's going to do for the Black community," Moreland said. "Something specific, something concrete that she's going to do... not [just] a blanket statement."

Moreland acknowledged the widespread opposition to former President Donald Trump, but emphasized the need for Harris to present a compelling vision beyond the "hype." She urged Harris to articulate her distinct policies and demonstrate her ability to deliver meaningful change.

"Not just hype us up that it's different but really give us what you're going to do, your policies," Moreland emphasized.

Moreland also challenged Harris to establish a clear separation from her role in the Biden administration. She questioned whether Harris' policies truly reflected her own beliefs and asked her to demonstrate her independent leadership qualities.

"What do you want to do?" Moreland said. "Be the woman and the Black woman that we think you are."

Neil Stolar, another undecided Pennsylvania voter, expressed disappointment about the lack of clarity in Harris' policy positions. He suggested that a poor performance by Harris in the debate could sway him towards considering third-party candidates or even voting against Trump as an alternative.

"It could turn it into a vote against Trump and not so much for Harris," Stolar explained.

Irma Fralic, a former supporter of Nikki Haley in the Republican primary, emphasized the importance of both candidates clearly articulating their foreign policy positions. She stressed the need for a thoughtful and well-informed discussion on this critical topic.

Pam Barnes, a Pennsylvania voter leaning towards Trump, expressed her desire for both candidates to focus on defending their policies and avoiding distractions. She highlighted the importance of a substantive and respectful debate that would help voters make informed decisions.

"Let's just get the issues out there," Barnes said. "Be clear, be respectful, let it be something that some people can make a decision about."

These undecided voters' perspectives underscore the significant challenges facing Harris ahead of the debate. She must effectively balance the need to differentiate herself from Biden while maintaining the support of the Democratic base. Her ability to articulate clear and compelling policies and demonstrate her unique leadership qualities will be crucial in swaying these voters and ultimately determining her success in the election.

In response to these concerns, Harris has unveiled a policy page on her campaign website for the first time since emerging as the Democratic presidential nominee. The page outlines her positions on a wide range of issues, including the economy, healthcare, education, and climate change.

However, the latest analysis by polling guru Nate Silver indicates that the race is tightening, with Trump having a 63.8% chance of winning the electoral college. A NYT-Siena College poll found Trump leading Harris by 1 percentage point, suggesting a shift in momentum in the race.

Undecided voters in Pennsylvania could play a decisive role in this crucial election. Their demands for clarity and differentiation from Harris highlight the importance of her performance in the debate and her ability to articulate a compelling vision for the future.
