College football icon Urban Meyer offered his insights on the upcoming Marshall vs. Ohio State game during an interview with Fox News' Adam Klotz on 'Fox & Friends Weekend.' Meyer, a former head coach for Ohio State and other prestigious programs, shared his expectations and analysis for the highly anticipated matchup.

"I'm really looking forward to this game. Marshall is a tough opponent, and they're going to give Ohio State a good test," Meyer said. "But I think Ohio State's experience and talent will ultimately prevail."

Meyer highlighted the importance of Ohio State's quarterback, C.J. Stroud, who has emerged as one of the top players in the country. He also praised the Buckeyes' defense, which has been consistently strong under coach Ryan Day.

"Stroud is a special talent. He's got all the tools to be a great quarterback," Meyer said. "And the Ohio State defense is just relentless. They're going to make it very difficult for Marshall to move the ball."

Former Ole Miss quarterback Bo Wallace took to social media to express his criticism of Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze following the Tigers' loss to Arkansas. Wallace, who played under Freeze while the two were at Ole Miss, was particularly critical of Freeze's comments about his quarterbacks.

"We're approaching the point that he's thrown so many QBs under the bus, that maybe no one wants to play for him??" Wallace wrote on Twitter. "His offense helped me tremendously put up numbers when I blew my shoulder out…. "But why is it someone else's fault every time there's a loss ?? … but when there's a win I watch the press conferences just to count how many times the word ‘I’ is used… appreciate what he did for me , my son wouldn’t be playing for him tho."

Wallace accused Freeze of throwing his quarterbacks "under the bus" and prioritizing his own success over the well-being of his players.

Freeze had previously stated that he needed to find a quarterback who "won’t throw to the other team." Auburn's quarterbacks, Peyton Thorne and Hank Brown, combined for four interceptions in the loss to Arkansas.

Wallace also claimed that Freeze did not provide him with sufficient support as a player.

"I know that there’s people open and I know that we’re running the football," Freeze said, via Yahoo Sports. "And we’ve got to find a guy that won’t throw it to the other team. And we’ve got to find running backs that hold onto it."

Auburn dropped to 2-2 on the season after the loss to Arkansas, while Arkansas improved to 3-1.
