Several other passengers on the train are seen watching the attack, but none intervene.

At one point, a CTA employee enters the train car and tries to break up the fight, but the men ignore him.

The attack finally ends when the train pulls into the Belmont station.

The victim, who was not seriously injured, was able to get off the train and call for help.

The men who attacked him fled the scene.

Chicago police are investigating the incident and looking for the suspects.

The motive for the attack is not known, but it is believed to be gang-related.

The incident is the latest in a series of violent attacks on public transportation in Chicago.

In January, a group of teenagers attacked a man on a CTA bus, and in December, a man was shot and killed on a CTA train.

CTA officials have said they are working to increase security on trains and buses, but they have also acknowledged that it is a challenge.

"We have a lot of people who ride our trains and buses," CTA President Dorval Carter said. "We can't put a police officer on every train and bus."

Carter said the CTA is working with law enforcement to identify and apprehend the suspects in the recent attacks.

He also urged passengers to report any suspicious activity to CTA employees or the police.

"We need the public's help to keep our trains and buses safe," Carter said.
