Season 5 of the popular Western series is slated to end in November 2024, and Ian Bohen promises it will be an unforgettable conclusion.
"Yellowstone" star Ian Bohen, who plays Ryan in the hit series, has raised expectations for the highly-anticipated series finale. Bohen assured fans that their patience will be rewarded with an exceptional conclusion.
"The fans are going to get the [best] conclusion that could possibly be written," Bohen told Entertainment Tonight ahead of "Yellowstone's" Stagecoach pop-up event. "Everything will land in a way that is perfectly set. A lot of shows just kind of finish... and they don't satisfy you. This will be completed in a way that it will make sense."
Bohen went on to express his belief that "Yellowstone" will have the best series finale in history. "I don't know that any show has finished this strongly ever," he said. "We're expecting to have the best series finale in history. Overconfident maybe, but I think that's what it's going to be. We thank everyone for their patience... It'll be worth the wait, I promise."
The fifth and final season of "Yellowstone" is slated to begin airing in November 2024. The second half of the season was originally scheduled to air in November 2022, but was postponed due to the Hollywood actors and writers' strikes.
Led by Kevin Costner, the Taylor Sheridan-created show also stars Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, and Gil Birmingham. The series has gained immense popularity due to its captivating Western drama and stellar performances.
Bohen also spoke about the bond he has formed with his fellow cast members over the years. "It's like having brothers and sisters where you go through life moments, and you're with your family," he said. "It's never going to go away."
Bohen expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to interact with "Yellowstone" fans in person. "When people talk about what the show means to them, it makes you feel like you're part of something much bigger than just an entertainment product," he said. "It touches people in a way that is different than just something that they're fans of. It's a cultural phenomenon."
"Yellowstone" has had a profound impact on pop culture, and fans can expect a thrilling conclusion when the series ends its five-season run. Bohen's promise of the "best series finale in history" has further heightened the anticipation for what is sure to be an unforgettable moment in television.
